Hi have 63 plate Vrs tdi with 9600 miles. Service indicator says 9200 to next oil change. Have had different advice from dealers about service. Had A4 before she know about vw group service long life / normal service. Are people getting oil change at 10k cheers

Yes, ignore the computer, take it in at 10k or 12 months which ever comes first, that's what my dealer advised and is backed up by the free servicing paperwork from SUK.

Looks like your car is still set to the factory variable service interval regime, but you're not doing enough miles to be on it. As above you'll be better on the fixed 10k 12 months whichever comes 1st option IMO
