Vcds help

Featured Replies

I'm swapping my standard SMIC for a BAM SMIC, it's slightly bigger

Basically how to I get into the area of vcds where I would be able to see intake temps??

I've never used VCDS before so will be taking it to another member, also does not know where to find this lol

Engine controller, then measuring blocks, then go up through the groups until you the one(s) you want.

Thanking you

Using 3rd gear from 2000rpm at wide open throttle to the redline. Then open the log in excel and graph it.

Does vcds automatically save the log?

Does vcds automatically save the log?

No, you have to press the cunningly labeled log button...

I used measuring block 004 to log intake temps while on the rolling road. I can't remember what the temps got up to, but it wasn't particularly high thankfully. The logs are on another computer.

Ross-Tech has the measuring blocks list on the website:
