Hi all

This morning I heard a strange sound coming from my engine. Haven't heard it before but then again this is the first time it was so cold here since i have my Skoda.

It was about 2 degrees Celsius. Listen and if anyone has some valuable info please let me know.

What sort of noise are you hearing.?

I am just getting a diesel starting cold from what i hear.

That clicking sound its stronger when i circle the car.

Perhaps i'm fantasizing. I had 3 cars that were really bad in terms of quality and durability so perhaps im just hearing aomething that aint there

Sounds just like mine. I can not hear anything strange. I take it you are familiar with the different sounds of petrol and diesel engines.

Yes ofc. But it kind of sounded weird. But thats probably because I never had the opurtunity to hear this engine when its cold. Since i bought it the temp here was 15 degrees Celsius plus.
