The spring rates are all wrong as the Octavia is much heavier at the back than a golf. A common mistake is to buy a Golf setup and then wonder why the car handles oddly. KW make a specific set for the Octy MK1. You can see below the different KW V1 Setups for the two showing the different Axle loads.

Octavia

Car Type:Skoda Octavia Limousine (1U) 132 kw 1781 ccm Petrol

Golf

Version:Variant 1

Damper adjustment:None

Lowering FA/RA:35-65/35-65

Height Adj. FA/RA:Thread/Thread

Axle load FA/RA:- 1020/- 1020

As above, it'll fit but the rear spring rates will be wrong for the heavier Octavia.

The kit you need is 10282002.
