The previous owner of my Superb Combi clumsily scraped the dark privacy glass coating on the rear screen :(

 

Is there any "touch-in" lacquer available to repair this?  Any professional repair options?

If it is a coating then it will probably be vinyl. Any place that does aftermarket window tint can remove the old vinyl and replace it easily and cheaply
