Coilovers

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Looking to buy some coilovers but not sure which ones to go for. There are some real cheap ones on eBay from pro sport. ( never heard of them ) but only £220.

Then there are some AP coilovers at £450. Would it be worth spending an extra £230 on the later.

Is there anything AP coilovers have that the cheaper brand dont, or purely better build quality.

Thanks

Jack

Very sorry for posting this numerous times. Bad signal on phone so was telling me I couldn't post the topic. Tried it 5 times and worked every time obviously.

Sorry

Coilovers, don't they seem popular today

Just got home from work... What have I missed, Lee?!

An now I see

Better build and more importantly better ride quality.

I would save a little more for the APs

Haha. I was just going to purchase some on eBay untill I saw those cheapies. Was kinda hoping someone would say they're just as good as ap. Because hey, everybody likes to save money. But as I suspected that's not the case

Didn't want people thinking I did it to get a faster answer.

I've been looking all over, but I guess there is no way to delete once posted ?

As with most things you do get what you pay for with suspension and the AP kit does have a better build and ride quality of the cheaper options available.

We have the kit for £409.00 inc. VAT and delivery - http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/car-parts/skoda/fabia/ap-coilover-suspension-kit-fabia-6y-12-14-14tdi-19sdi-19tdi-vrs-19tdi-20-0300
