.......came on 14" Wheels 185/70/14. At the moment it's got my 16" vRS which are 205/45/16". Is this the correct profile etc for the Fabia`1.2 Silverline Estate or can somthing different be fitted.............Thanks guy's...Andy

185/70 R14? Sure its not 185/60 R14? Thats what the furbies come with usually when on 14" steels or alloys.

vRS alloys will be fine on it. Only a tiddly tiddly widdly bit bigger overall. Obviously something different could be fitted

15" with 195/50 15s?

17" with 205 or 215/40 R17

18" with elastic bands.

Not sure you can deviate much from the 205/45 R16 on 16" rims. Maybe 205/50 could be used, but they'd be a fair bit bigger. Not sure if 215/45s exist? The rare sizes are often the most dosh though.

As its a 1.2, you might want to consider thinner tyres? - Say a 195/45 R16? The 1.2 might feel quite sluggish with vRS wheels on (205 wide rubber) compared to 14s (185 wide rubber) - I know my first furby struggled a little bit. :(

got the 205s on mine and TBO wouldn't call it slugish... and if it is... better handling makes up for that fact!

How about some VW Pheaton 18"s??? They should fit being VAG wheels :eek: ( only kidding, hehehe) Something from a golf or polo might look good tho......??
