Anyone know how to share the internet connection when you connect the phone using rsap?

My phone is a HTC ONE (m8) 

My car is a Superb  Elegance 2013.

 

The phone connects via rsap, but then the internet on the phone is disabled because the car has taken it.

 

Prior to this, I use to setup the hotspot on the phone so the passengers can use the wifi connection.

It should depend on which BT module you have installed, you'll need one that supports creating a hotspot such as the 3C8 035 730D (I've heard rumors of an E revision).

 

Do you know what you have at the moment?
