woul koni str.t shocks be ok with pi springs?

Featured Replies

Had pi springs on my octy vrs estate with no problems untill recently when i have noticed my rear begining to bounce. Cant afford anything too expensive. I had the koni str.t kit on my fabia which i was happy with and i can get a full set of shocks from larkspeed for just under £250 so was hoping they would be ok with the pi springs i already have?

Mate Alan had Koni FSD's with PI 30mm springs on his Octavia

He was very happy with that combination

Exactly what I do.........Has to be done

Out of curiosity how much did u drop your car?

If the damper isn't of a shortened type (Bilstein B8 for example), you'll find that your dampers will wear much quicker. This is true of -30mm springs and even more so with -50mm springs. Whatever way you go though, they'll last longer than the OE ones do!
