Hi Guys,  l am back.    PLEASE help me.

 

I have a problem on my handbrake.  Its gets stuck, when you pull it up.  And l have to push it down.  Went through the MOT, and my mechanic has said keep an eye on it.

 

It got bad, so l took it back to mechanic, and he has said ' he has put grease on it, but bring it back if problems occur again' but, if it happens again, he will have to change the cable.

 

Is there anyway, that l can fix it myself.  When you try and push the button it. It doesn't work. You can pull the lever up without the handbrake being on - l have to put the car into gear, when stopped.

Hi, only a newbie myself & i can't really help but i'm sure you would get someone to help you, maybe if you posted in the FABIA section (1 or 2) i think this place is just for introductions. Good luck.
