Just picked up a mk1 fabia vrs. I'm going to add some performance parts. Just need a few questions answered-

160pd inlet piping- what power gains would u expect with one fitted to a standard car and post remap? Only one I've seen for sale was £120 ish on eBay, seems a bit pricey for a tube. Does anyone know the best place to get one and price?

Anti roll bars- seen the whiteline roll bar which looks ok but eibach do a front and rear set for £190, is it worth doing both or will just a rear do?

i dont knoq about the pd 160 intake i had a hybrid turbo mk1 vrs and never used one i had panel filter prior to hybrid then cone when turbo went on that was all i needed. but as for the anti roll bars i would say bar a remap is the best mod you can do to these cars oh and coilovers or springs whatever you fancy .

Think they were around £85 for a PD160 intake, wouldn't pay more than that. Theirs usually someone selling one at some point. Best mods are normally remap and RARB. With a decent set of coilovers you have some handling too. Obviously don't forget the 312mm brake upgrade for the front. TBH that would be my first mod... before going up in power.
