Greenline II affected by this (received letter today), not sure about other models.

Good that you are bringing it to peoples attention, because many might never hear from Skoda.

There were posts about it & VW's a few months ago.

 

It must be a Skoda / VW'  Service Campaign where people that they might know have the affected cars might be told.

 

If it was a Recall. they get the Registered Keepers details from the DVLA & Recall the cars & advertise the Recall,

rather the the Secret Service Service Campaigns Skoda do.
