Anyone else on shopper thoughts surveys?

Doing them gets you tesco points but lately am having trouble with the technical side of things

A recent survey on the app crashed twice 15 minutes in which didn't go down well

The latest survey can't be done on app,PC only

So off I went to the laptop

Following the link in the email though brings up a page with 'netnames' all over it which I can't get past,so how am I supposed to do it or get around it?

Went back on the app under 'contact us'

The 'email us' button doesn't work and I rang the number listed underneath and they've never heard of shopper thoughts

Anyone else having problems?

Just sounds like anything else associated with Tesco. Poor service and there will be a con wrapped up in there somewhere.

Thing is,it's run so well the last couple of years but the laptop,mobile and home phone all nearly went to Jesus earlier on

Meh usual story, bring in the shiny then refuse to pay for ongoing development work.

 

Tesco being investigated again today for dodgy accounts. PWC now in the firing line too.

That happened to me mam and I've no idea why

More surveys may be on the app if you've got that

As for the op shopper thoughts are aware of the problem and have emailed as such

Working again now

And relax. :)

I wonder how long Tesco have left...  :notme:  :D
