    What is the best way of getting bushes out / in? Bearing puller and socket set?

    Unless you're planning on tackling the metalastic bushes (which I would advise against!) then the normal rubber ones will just pull out when you take the suspension to bits. If you really do need to tackle the metalstic ones, I'd advise getting someone to press them in and out for you....the old ones will be impossibly stuck to the kingpins.
