As above received my front bumper today, i expected some minor damage and the holes for headlight washers but must of overlooked the parking sensor holes in the pictures...

 

After a quick search on ebay all im finding is universal kits, nothing genuine, 

 

What are my options?

Try www.carsystems.pl for oem. You will need both front and rears but kits are not too dear.

I already have the rears fitted, ill check the website out cheers

Just had a look on there and under the Skoda section there isnt anything listed for PDC or parking sensors, just parking heater,plenty listed in the vw section if its possible to use the mk5 platform system as a direct fit into the skoda?

Yes its the ones listed under vw I am referring to. Sorry should have mentioned that. KBphoto has fitted them to his previous car so worth a PM to him if he doesn't see this.
