Hello! I'm a newbie to Briskoda and wanted to ask a question about suspension arms?

I'm going to replace my suspension arms (left and right) for my Octavia, 05 plate, 140bhp TDI.

Question please? I am looking to replace the arms with the original equipment make and spec. Does anybody know the make/part number that would be please and also the best source for this?
