Get the coil packs checked for revised type..... there are quite a few failures, and afik the dealer will replace them under warranty if they are of a certain batch.

I had trouble with a few elements of the cooling system, temp sensor, water pump, expansion tank probe, but thankfully all were replaced under warranty.

I am on my second RS now, and it still puts a smile on my face

Have a good look at the paintwork, particularly the front spoiler, and check for water leaks in the front footwells.

a car of that age with that amount of miles should be fairly mint... just be sensisble check teh usal things... thing id be most worried about is out standing finance on the car
