Turn signal always on!?

Featured Replies

Hallo...

My right turn signal FRONT , light all the time ... ( when the ignition is switched off and the key removed !)

And not blinking when it belongs! Oddly !  :S

By the way, I changed the bulb with an LED ...

I have searched a lot , and have come forward to it perhaps is an encoding that is wacky out in BYTE 18 !

Do you have a bid , may have heard this problem before ??

Checked fuses and relays etc?

It is a sign of a knackered BCM unfortunately.

Have you had coding changes made with VCDS?

Like above^^

Wouldn't it just be to do with the LED bulb? .

What happens if you refit the original one?

Has anyone ever opened up the BCM to see if it can be repaired?

thank you all .... but I think it is my fault that it is broken, that I put an LED in the lamp ???

If it's under warranty, put the original bulbs back in, put the coding back to what it was, and take it back to the dealer. Let them try and prove it's had other bulbs in there (which shouldn't have done any damage anyway)

Mike

And delete this post just in case the dealer reads it. Lol

LED where?
