please can someone help me out with the part number for the power socket/cigarette lighter with green surround

In case no one with precise knowledge comes along.

All the ciggy lighters I have had dealings with have basically been the same.  Once you unscrew the metal shield, the plastic sleeve just comes off and should fit on to any other lighter.  AFAIK.

You may have a cream crackered or missing sleeve, in which case this is not very helpful.
