Odd google chrome behaviour - Won't highlight/copy in forms

Featured Replies

Over the past couple of days I have noticed I seem to be unable to highlight text in google chrome forms and copy/paste it.  Not sure if its something to do with autofill but I see nothing obvious in settings.

I have no problem highlight and copy/pasting in outlook / word / excel, whatever.  Just wondering where to go looking as it's useful to be able to copy/paste. :)

Usual thing to try is to uninstall then reinstall the program. Back up your favourites etc first.

Not too sure about with Chrome Jason but some online forms disable the ability for it to happen. Ie, if you have to fill in your email address twice, you can't copy from the first to the second section.

I've had this on a site I wanted to change my password on. Ended up having to do it on Firefox.

Maybe a bug with the recent update.

A lot of my autofill previous choices appear to have gone recently - as in totally disappeared.  This might be linked to it.  Think they could have been wiped.
