hi everyone i have a octavia vrs when you first start the car on a morning when cold the temp light comes on and flashes ie to say its to hot but ive only just started the dam thing

i have took it to the garage several times but the cant find the fault as it will only do it when cold on a morning no other time

its not the temp sensor as the changed that last time has any one else had this fault?

Have you checked the level? as this is also the level indicator. If it is under warranty get them to replace the expansion tank, if not remove the expansion tank and give it a good clean. I have found wheel acid to be good at this.
