When you order the sunroof option on the Vrs hatch, does it come with the black surround or is that an option?

 

I'm soon to order a race blue Tsi hatch with the sunroof, but I don't want the black surround as i would prefer the roof to match the rest of the car.

Yes the black surround comes as standard with the sunroof

Is there an option to have the roof all the same colour though on the hatch, as I can't see why there's a difference between hatch and estate.

 

I really don't want the front half of the roof to be black, I do however want the sunroof, and if I had to choose between sunroof with black front of the roof, or no sunroof and the roof all race blue, the latter would win.

 

I think the only way to get a definitive answer is to ring Skoda customer services and ask.

No, as its the actual sunroof unit that's gloss black.

Yes, order the car in black.  

The hatch sunroof is a bit wierd. Skoda have served to try to make it look like its a semi panoramic job but the reality is from within the car its just standard fayre.

Id have the panoramic roof on the estate if it werent so expensive...also id hate for that to go wrong.

Well that's it then, no sunroof.

 

Not a problem as I've done without for 12 years, gives me more money to spend on other goodies!
