Retro Fit Footwell lights

Featured Replies

There are a couple of plastic ovals in the footwell panels, d'ya reckon the wires are behind for the lighting?

IIRC they cover the screws that hold the panels on, there are no wires behind mine (2001 Elegance)

Righty oh, just wondering

He He good to see your still at it

But as an aside,,,,

if you do have footwell "pool lights" in the bottom of the doors, i'm guessing you could change them.......maybe for bulbs that matched the interior/dash lighting...........what do you think?

(nods at EddyH with his VW blue dash, then thinking of my footwell lights.....cool blue......:rubchin:)

Doesn't a L&K come with these footwell lights as stock? The door lights, I thought, lit the kerb and warned others the door is open.

Must do as the Elegance has them

Exactly what they do, although as they are in the furthest point back of the door dont think they would light the footwell's at all, no matter what bulbs are fitted.
