What Alternator? 1.9 BXE

Hi guys,

After searching, I'm getting a lot of different info on alternators.

My car has a BXE engine with A/C.

From what I can gather, pretty much all VAG TDi alternators use the same housing, with differences to the regulator and plug.

I've had a few offered to me from different cars, with the latest being a 90a from a Bora PD115, which is apparently the same as the PD100, 110 and 115. It looks to be the same...

But, I've also read that the PD105s are different?? Do they have a different set up to the other PDs? Or is it just the output voltage/amps that differs between the various PD alternators??

So confused, but can't afford to get the wrong one with the other work it needs!
