mk1 skoda fabia horn wiring help?

hey folks just joined today

anyway ive looked and looked and cant find anything anywhere i found it once and lost it and cant find it again:(

i think my airbag slip ring is away because the horn doesnt work and my air bag light is on(but i dont have an air bag in my car at all) but the horn does work if i put a neg and live to the battery it beeps haha..

i was wondering if anyone had a video on how to install a switch for my horn but wire it to the relay instead on the horn it self due to i cant find any holes on  the bulk head to put 2 wires through and im not a fan of drilling my bulk head either

any help would be more than greatful
