Office 365 - Outlook Auto Discover

Featured Replies

Have any of you Office365 users had any issues with outlook signing into a mailbox lately?

Our web server has office 365 in the MX record, and autodiscover.outlook.com in the autodiscover Cname record for the domain.

If I run the DNS troubleshooter in the dashboard, it comes back no issues.

If I run remote connectivity analyser for Office 365 Single Sign-On Test, it fails.

The domain isn't a federated domain.
Elapsed Time: 0 ms.

If I run Outlook Connectivity test, with autodiscover set on, it fails

If I run the Outlook Autodiscover test, it runs successfully.

We don't run ADFS.

I can sign in successfully using the account details on OWA, yet when I try to sign in using auto-discover in Outlook, it rejects the username or password.

Even using autodiscover.outlook.com manually doesn't work.

MS support are raising this higher up the chain, so glad it's not something I've done :)

Well this is still ongoing.

autodiscover.ourdomain.co.uk correctly resolves to autodiscover.outlook.com yet MS are still not sure what's causing this :(
