Quick monte DRL question, will these work?

Featured Replies

Yep they'll work fine, however most guys on here have gone for the more expensive CREE LEDs for DRLs as they are better quality with a proven record within this site.

Thanks thought they would as i've checked the fitting and it's the same as described but wanted to double check. And yeah i'm aware of that but they're just too expensive for me..thanks though

Is it definitely P21W for DRL?

Absolutely, without doubt. It's PY21W for the turn signal bulbs which have an offset pin.

They are a really good bulb, price is very good. Mine are 80w and have 4 forward facing chips. The ones linked above would be an excellent upgrade you won't be disappointed. The fact they have chips on the sides as well mean they utilise the reflector in the housing making the whole section light up with a good light spread. Do it! [emoji13]

No canbus errors with the ones in the link Jim. I had them for a while before I upgraded. I've put one of the 50w in the reverse lamp and no error light there either
