It's a couple of years old, but in pretty good condition as I've used a case and screen protector on it since day 1. The case has unfortunately caused some minor scuffing marks on the rear.

 

 

Currently running Android 4.1.1. It's not rooted so just downloads updates from HTC.

Originally on Vodafone, but firmware is not branded in any way. I've been using on Virgin mobile lately.
