Catch going into 3rd gear

This only happens when going from 5th or 6th gear into 3rd in the vrs. It may happen once every 10 times but it feels like a catch on the right side.

The gear itself is fine, no crutching but it seems to catch before it goes into gear. What could this be? And is it cheap fix.

Am not mechanically minded lol

Any help here, not a big issue but just annoying!
