Car RHD MK1 Octavia VRs, to make it simple will mention the symptoms and checks done point by point.

 

Symptoms

1. All door lock actuators keep clicking when the car is not locked.

2. The clicking stops when the LH door is opened or when the car is locked or when driving.

3. The door open warning light glows for 10mins after the car is locked and then goes away.

4. When the LH power window is operated with master switch or door switch the door lock actuator

keeps clicking but no movement of LH window. 

 

Checks done

 

1. Checked the CCM coupler for water damaged and found none.

2. Checked passenger and driver door motor couplers for water damage and found none.

3. Removed both the foot well trims and checked the couplers for water damage but found none.

 

Am I missing something?

 

Kindly advice.

Could be a fault within the module or some unseen fatigued/breaking wires in the loom. Could be worth a scan and some tracing with a multimeter. Check the wires through the A pillar they can get rubbed by the door opening and closing. Some can also get rubbed by the window regulator. Broken wires aren't always visible, it sounds like the module but some basic checking could save you a bit. While you're in the doors it's probably worth protecting your multiplugs against water ingress in the future, there's a thread by me in the tech section.
