Plenty of garages charge for the insurance on the hire car now , or let you arrange an extension on your policy.

I don't see the problem myself as hire cars do cost them money to run , and if they don't make a specific charge for it then it just gets added to everything else on your bill

if I wanted a bottle i'd ask for one!! just think how all those
