Hi,

A while ago, the key lock stopped working on the driver's door but I was able to unlock all doors from either the passenger side or the boot lock. Now, all doors except the driver's door will unlock. Any ideas about removing the door panel without being able to open the door would be welcomed!

Very common problem. Have a search on this forum, there are plenty of posts regarding Central Locking problems.

Try slapping the doorskin in the area of the handle/lock while operating the remote fob a few times, if you are lucky it may unlock.

 

If it does release, get the door trim off there and then before it locks itself again.
