I have some free weights to sell.

I know these are what I definetely have but I have a few more bits up at the other house, having not been there for a long time I can't remember!

The Bench is a York B540 which is an adjustable bench from decline, flat, 2 inclined and straight for military press. On its reverse is a squat stand!

I have no pics as its at the other house, but it's a very good bench and had no issues at all I holding 100kg for squats and benching etc. it would take more weight but after me my mum moved in with her fella it was chaper for me to a gym than travel to her house to use the bench!

The bench folds up neatly too.

Onto of the bench I also bought a lat pull down and preacher pad which slide into the end where the leg curl inserts.

At the time the bench and 2 attachments cost me in excess of £350! For those 3 bits I am asking £180.

Weights they are body power plates and another make.

2 x 10kg

2 x 7.5kg

8 x 5kg

4 x 2.5kg

2 x 2kg

4 x 1.25kg

2 x 1kg

8 x 0.5kg

I do have more but I really can't rember and don't want to guess.

For the weights I'm going to ask £1.50 a KG.

There's also a 6ft Golds Gym spollock bar which is 8kg £20.
