rear seat catch broken

Hi 

Does anyone happen to know how to replace the catch mechanism for the fold down rear seat - the plastic bit at the top has broken from the rod,   Is it really awkward to get to

Does the seat have to be got out or is it accessed from the back through the cloth?

The dealer quoted me over £100 to get it done, yet the parts are probably not very much!

Im wondering if i can do it with the help of son in law or take to a garage but then i know the dealer will know how to do it relatively better!!

Probably unlikely that a scrap dealer will have same colour grey seat.!
