Octavia II TDi fuel computer and remote

Just bought a poverty spec Octavia estate as a  runabout for our new business. It comes with no fuel computer or remote key just two standard keys. Is it possible to add the computer stalk and activate the fuel computer (I have used Vagcom and Vagtacho before on a 1.8 golf gti to recode keys, change clocks and mileage back to original, reset faults etc but was a while ago now) Also would it possible to get a remote key fob working.
