      just this weekend fitted RCD 510 Dab all went well, new dab aerial fitted into 2009 Octavia VRS (FL) , working a treat, but as there's always a 'but ' !! After a VCDS scan I have these faults ...

 Any help or pointers much appreciated, I have cleared the faults but they return 

you need to code off parking aid in long coding helper - do you have parking sensors? does it show a visual of the car when the sensors are on?

the system thinks you do so is looking for it

 

also do you have the enhanced speakers? maybe previous owner did, these need to be coded off

Yes I have park sensors with visual,but it shows the back end of a tiguan as that is what the unit came out of, not sure on the speakers.

There is a vehicle choice somewhere in the stereo coding that you need to change. Given it came out of a Tiguan and shows a Tiguan it seems like it is still coded to that car. In that module you will also have an option to turn off the enhanced sound system.

                           I've seen the vehicle adaptation in Radio long coding, there are quite a few choice's, all being from the VW range but it also has ' let can decided ' or something on those lines. I'll give that a go.
