I changed the interior light for a LED feston from www.ultraleds.co.uk, good prices and huge choice. You need a 42mm and the lens cover is very easy to remove to get access to change the bulb. Massive difference to the light in the car (I got he cool light version). You can angle it slightly back wards giving you maginally more light towards the back of the car ( I mean marginally...).
