ABL accident repair group: any experiences?

Featured Replies

Hello

The insurers want to send Milly to the above repair place after her meeting with a large lump of engineering last night.

Has anyone else here has experience of this company please. In particular the Redhill branch?

Thanks

If they're a big chain experience would make me wary.

I'd very carefully look for reviews online.

When mine went into the insurers choice of repairer they did more damage than the lorry that clipped me and it took 6 months to sort out (2x trips to their shop, visit from an independent assessor and visit to a second good shop).

Thanks.

Four branches across the South east.

I shall go review hunting.

A few minutes later: they are Foxy Lady approved.

And we're finalists in the 2014 British Body shop Awards. Who da thought it?

I shall the utter lack of negative reviews as a minor positive although locating some positive reviews would be nice!!

Matt

Your insurers have picked them because they are the cheapest available. That should tell you everything you need to know. They have no interest in doing a good job, just minimising their costs.
