...... my new ebay purchase.  Can anyone advise on getting a key and post a picture of a similar key so I can show the previous owner what it looks like and they can check in their tin of keys they have.  Thanks.

P.S. The local dealership estimate £125 to drill out old barrel and replace.

Done a search on this site and it seems this is not worth fiddling with due to the difficulty involved- I didn't want to demolish stuff while backing though!

That motor looks very tidy and with that service history-well. I presume it had the cambelt changes as well.

Hi Peter3197, It has had one belt change at June 05 and 56,000 miles.  I have been in touch with the previous owner who said I had got a bargain and it does go well.  I can get about 65 mpg with careful motoring and it has a good acceleration.
