Hi folks I'm wondering how easy the Skoda dog guard is to remove if you need to occasionally carry larger items? Are tools required - Mrs M is thinking about whether she could take it out if I wasn't around.

Okay, so for those of you who can't sleep without the answer to this question here is what I did....

 

Skoda now have an easy-fit dog guard which does not require specialised tools.  Ordered direct from Skoda dealer on-line at a cost of £125.  Here are photos of it fitted:-
