Just wondering would this fit and would it give me cruise control with VCDS without getting the cruise control stalk?

Also looking at a mk1 octavia with MF or possibly a fabia wheel. Would these fit ok?

Having trouble getting the parts I need off ebay, I wanted to retrofit a complete set of wheel, stalks, clocks and keys but as soon as you ask the sellers how much for the lot the price seems to double compared to the items bought alone! I miss the days when you were allowed to walk around scrap yards, this off the shelf nonsense kills the fun!
