Featured Replies

As stated a van door hit my near side rear quarter putting a ding into it , got all details from driver letterhead paper phone number , what the problem is every time i ring goes straight to voice mail .

Secondly the guy is only  a supervisor , was supposed to see photo damage yesterday and get back to me. Thirdly address on paper does not match with when i google it . i notified insurance

straight away giving vehicle details as im informed to do. I got a few quotes yesterday ball park 550 - 600 pounds any advise appreciated.

Give insurance all details you have and let them do the leg work.  it's why you pay premiums :)

I gave insurance the details they run a check on the van plate etc , i know it only happened monday but there is nothing worse then people saying one thing then ignoring calls.

i will see what this guy says when he calls back if he does not get back to me i will phone insurance back up , see what they say.

Once you have handed it over to your insurance company, which it appears you have, then you should have no further conversations with the other party.

It is up to your insurance company to do everything from that stage onwards.
