Hi guys bit of a cheeky ask but anyone near milton keynes area fancy some beer tokens in exchange for changing thermostat on a 2003 octavia vrs.

I have always changed them myself on other cars but this one I dont dare as I know I will break dipstick tube and probably mess up other bits

I would help being a ex mechanic as I like getting me hands dirty +cars plus I live to far away good luck

Its not that hard, just need the quarter drive extensions and elbow

Failing that pop to Unit18 at galleon wharf just off the old wolverton road!

I always buy a new dipstick guide they not dear and they usually brske when u try to take them of ad they go very brittle

I keep a spare in my box of bits just in case, as said they're not expensive and there is plenty about. Mine was gen off ebay.
