Anyone fitted genuine rear parking sensors ?

Featured Replies

I've just got my hands on a genuine Skoda parking sensor kit with 4 sensors that'll sit flush on the bumper and just wondering if anyone has fitted some and how much of a pain it'll be ?

Any pictures would be great

Thanks

i dont know how much of a pain it is but if its the dealer fit one with the gray circle it wont display on your radio how close you are to something instead itll beep and flash at you from the plastic bit.

I'm not bothered about it not displaying as the tone of the beeping should be clear enough

........pretty easy to even do it you self..........plenty of guides here ,that helped me instal mine ,the worst was making sure to drill holes good on bumper bar ,hole thing took less than a hour ,last make sure you know how to connect the wires otherwise seek professional help ,with connecting!!!!!!!!

Yes. Did it on mine and then my Dad's.  It's quite complex. Lots of trim needs to be removed and you need to choose somewhere to connect into the powertrain CANBus.

Could you post the Skoda part number please, I want to fit oem sensors
