Hi all,

 

Im just wondering what make/model and specifications are for the speakers in my rapid (2013, 5dr [not space back] elegance).

 

I have an old amp lying around that I thought I might pop under the drivers seat to give the sound a lift...

 

I know that the Golf Mk 5 and 6 used fairly decently designed speakers (not saying they were the best but a lot of thought had gone in to their baskets and they had rubber edges, they tended to be let down by the head unit)

 

Any thoughts welcome... I don't want to strip the doors yet as I can't afford nice new speakers to go with a load of sound deadening!
