Does any one can help me about the glow plug flash on the dash board,at the same time I loss the power.I have to switch the car of but it constantly repeat, till the engine flash is on.

The loss of power is called 'limp-home mode'. The car deliberately reduces power to prevent damage.

 

The vast majority of time this relates to the turbo.

 

Now you have the warning light on the dash there will be a fault code stored in the car's memory. Reading this code using VCDS will allow you to pinpoint the fault.
