MAF Wiring help please

Hi guys

Had the car into a specialist today as I noticed after I bought it there was no EML at all. It was plugged in and the MAF is faulty. Well buggered to be precise. It was jerry rigged together as someone has cut the plug off and its dead. I have bought a new one but myself and the the garage can't work out the wiring. The diagram they have for my engine and year of car doesn't match my car.

Right I have a 5 pin MAF and 5 Wires going to it. Its an 2000 x reg 1.8 20v AGN Engine.

The colour of wires to the MAF sensor are

Yellow & Blue

Red & Purple

Brown & Blue

Solid Blue

Brown & Blue

The solid blue and last brown and blue were sort of twisted together but seperate terminals. Does anyone have an idea of what wire goes where.

Recirculating Button not working

Have come to use the A/C for the first time this past week and noticed that pressing the button for the recirculating air doesn’t appear to work. Button presses but nothing happens it doesn’t light up and stays off Also through the media center doesn’t do anything, wondering if anyone has come across this before? Or is it a trip to Skoda?

Hello I have a Amunsen MIB2 with MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0359T SW0359 HW28 PART NUMBER 5Q0 035 874B I have been looking very where to find an update as i believe there is SW 0363 H31 that will work on my system. I have also read that SW 0456 HW41 also works but i am not 100%. is there anyone that has either of these software or hardware they are will to share or has anymore information that could help me please would be much appreciated. We bought our Scala Monte Carlo Edition 1.5 tsi back in December and from late January it has had both mechanical problems and electronic gremlins. The mechanical problem have mostly been sorted, new rear discs and pads that were making noises like a wheel bearing was rumbling, the gearbox has had a software update and a reset (it's still not perfect). And the road noise is just the high dB tyres and lack of sound insulation. The electronic gremlins were put down to a failing 12v battery which

Correct Spark Plugs?

I have a 2022 Karoq 110PS which will need the spark plugs changing soon. I have looked at a couple of on line retailers but they quote different thread lengths for their plugs against my registration. These are 20.5mm, 26.5mm and 28mm. I don't want to fit the wrong plugs so am asking advice on which is the correct plug length for my car? I believe NGK plugs will have been fitted by Skoda originally so will be looking to stay with NGK if I can. Many thanks.

The fan for air conditioning and heater on my 2006 Octavia Mk2 L&K is not working. I have checked the fuses and they are OK. Does it have a relay that might have failed? I am hoping it is not the fan unit itself, as this seems to be peculiar to RHD models with climatronic and was discontinued by Skoda in 2022. (Part no. 1K2 820 021).
