Got a 13 plate 2nd hand 1.2 TSI SE at a bargain price but it didn't come with cruise control, which my old car did and I really miss it. Is it possible to get it retro fitted ?

What he said - note that's a retro-fit of the basic CC and involves changing the indicator stalk and coding the appropriate ECU.  If you want ACC then that's a whole different matter.
