Has anyone used the poly flex bushes? My mount is gone so looking at changing them. The engine mounts are cheap enough but do the poly bushes increase vibration? Also does the subframe need to come off?

Mine need changing now and I have everything ready, I don't think the subframe need removing and the polybush bushes for the dogbone generally increase vibration as it firms up the shock absorbancy. There are a few threads on here about people installing and un-installing because of increased vibration.

I have enough vibration already so I'll give them a miss. Cheers
