Im looking at changing my exhaust to a Blue flame one which is supposed to be less restrictive and free up ponies. Has anyone fitted one and can they offer advice on, is it alot noisier, does it make any big power gains, or have they any good alternative suggestions.

I should say my car has already been boosted to 190Bhp and Im looking to go to a hybrid turbo, fmic, clutch, exhaust. Hope to see in the region of 230Bhp and 380lbft. I dont really want the car too sound too 'lad like'
